Nutritional therapy is not a substitute for professional medical advice/treatment. Any client with 'red flag' signs or symptoms will be referred to a medical professional

The Practitioner will never prevent the client from seeking treatment from any other healthcare practitioner

The Practitioner is not permitted to diagnose or claim to treat medical conditions

Viki Nunn Nutrition is governed by The Association of Naturopathic Practitioners’ Code of Professional Practice, designed to maintain the highest standards of excellence

Viki Nunn Nutrition will strive to deliver the safest and most effective interventions, however there is still the possibility that side effects or adverse reactions might occur; or that therapeutic benefit may not be achieved

All personal, sensitive information given is confidential and will be used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and is protected by General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)

Cancellation up to 24 hours in advance will be refunded in full.

Cancellation 24 hours or less is non-refundable and must be paid in full.

The Client will inform the Practitioner of any medical conditions they have been diagnosed with and/or symptoms they are experiencing

The Client will inform the Practitioner of any medications they are taking or have taken in the past, including herbal medicine and food supplements

The Client will inform the Practitioner if they are pregnant or are planning to become pregnant or if they are breastfeeding or are planning to breastfeed.

The Client is advised to inform their GP, medical specialist or any other complementary medical practitioner being consulted that they are seeing a Nutritional Therapist.

The Client is advised the contact their Practitioner for clarification where unclear about any part of the plan given.

Any concerns about the plan given should be reported to the Practitioner for discussion at the next consultation.

The nutritional plan and any supplements recommended will have a time frame and should not be continued outside of the specified date unless agreed with the Practitioner. This is to avoid any adverse reactions

The Client is free to purchase any products recommended by the Practitioner, to compliment the plan given, being under no obligation to purchase products from Viki Nunn Nutrition directly

The Client confirms they have read and understand the Fee Schedule

Any recording of a consultation by any media, e.g. audio or visual, is not permitted without the written agreement of the Practitioner.
